1. INTRODUCTION  

The Wildlife Conservation Society (“WCS”) is a New York not-for-profit corporation and is a tax-exempt organization as described in Section 501(c) (3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. WCS’s charitable purpose is to save wildlife and wild lands through careful science, international conservation, education, and the management of the world’s largest system of urban wildlife parks.  

WCS is currently soliciting quotations from qualified suppliers to supply New and genuine Utility Vehicles with spare parts, options and accessories (“the Vehicles”) to its program in Cameroon.  

2. SCOPE & SPECIFICATIONS  

The Vehicles will be used to support WCS’s conservation efforts in Cameroon.  

The following are the needed vehicles: 

• 1 x 5-Seater, 4 doors, double cabin pick up, Hilux type or equivalent model 

• 2 x 6-Seater, 4 Doors, Landcruiser double cabin pick up or equivalent model 

• 10 x 3-Seater, 2 Doors, Landcruiser single cabin pick up or equivalent model

3. PROPOSALS SUBMISSION CONDITIONS & INSTRUCTIONS

To receive consideration, your proposal, containing all pertinent terms and conditions, must be submitted to globalpurchasing@wcs.org with a copy to emwizerwa@wcs.org no later than Noon ET August 16, 2024. When submitting your quotation, please enter the following in the email subject line: WCS CAMEROON UTILITY VEHICLE PROPOSAL SUBMISSION.
