The purpose of this competitive dialogue is to select the Service Provider to develop a veterinary workforce assessment tool (VWAT) and related instruments that will help WOAH Members to identify gaps in their veterinary workforce in both the public and private sectors to ensure that sufficient human resources are available to adequately address all public good regulatory responsibilities and activities in the veterinary domain and that animal owners have equitable access to clinical veterinary services for their animals.  

In order to achieve this goal, Competitive Dialogue has been chosen to ensure that fit-for-purpose solutions are found to meet users’ and partners’ needs.
