The Ready 360/3 Oceans phase 2 programme began in January 2024. It aims to build a global and greener resilience of Caribbean territories by strengthening disaster preparedness and response capacities at all levels: from the individual and family level, to that of organisations and businesses, up to the level of regional institutional coordination of risk management.
One of the expected results of the project is to increase the resilience of Caribbean citizens by improving information, awareness and preparedness for disasters and crises. To help achieve this, PIRAC wants to develop an online information portal on natural hazards for the Caribbean population.

PIRAC is looking for a service provider or a team of service providers to:

• End-to-end design (from hosting to domain name and graphic design) of an information portal on natural hazards for the Caribbean population
• Maintain the portal until the end of the project, i.e. 31 December 2026.
• Transferring knowledge to the team so that they can feed and administer the portal independently and on the SEO strategy.
